Back to Recipes from the kitchens of our members Marlene Miles' Broccoli Salad 2 bunches brocolli
1 cauliflower
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
5 sticks celery
!/2 large red onion (or 1 med red onion)
1 lb bacon (fried crisp & chopped up)
1 cup sunflower seeds (lightly toasted)
Dressing: Mix lite mayo, white sugar, white vinegar, salt and pepper to your taste and enough
to cover the salad. Or use a commercial creamy dressing to your taste.
Chop all vegetables in small pieces and mix together. Add dressing and mix well. Add seeds
and bacon at the end.
